- A 4 week induction programme consisting of classroom lessons, practicals and feedback sessions. The induction is split into manageable chucks to allow you to practice what you have learnt in-between times
- Mentoring by a senior consultant who can offer advice and share their experiences and knowledge
- Regular reviews with your manager to discuss your progress, activity, KPIs, targets, and what areas to work on to be even better at your job
Been around the recruitment block?
Just because you have recruitment experience, does not mean you cannot still learn a thing or two. As well as emerging technologies and methodologies, refresher sessions on sales, systems and soft skills training will be provided. You will also have regular one-to-ones where you can discuss situations and challenges.
