What you can expect

  • A 4 week induction programme consisting of classroom lessons, practicals and feedback sessions. The induction is split into manageable chucks to allow you to practice what you have learnt in-between times

  • Mentoring by a senior consultant who can offer advice and share their experiences and knowledge

  • Regular reviews with your manager to discuss your progress, activity, KPIs, targets, and what areas to work on to be even better at your job
